One of the first programs to be established at Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) was Chinese Studies. The Chinese Studies actively hosts a number of scholarly talks focused on careers and has established its own departmental periodical called Yingming and a literary journal called Rushi. Entry Requirements
Any of These:
- STPM: A pass in STPM with at least a Grade C (GP 2.0) in any 2 subjects.
- A-LEVEL: A pass in A-Level with at least a Grade D in any 2 subjects.
- UEC: A pass in UEC with at least a Grade B in 5 subjects.
- Foundation/Matriculation: A pass in Foundation/Matriculation with at least a CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0.
- Diploma: A pass in the Diploma with at least a CGPA of 2.0 out of 4.0.
AND
- Chinese Language Requirement: A credit in SPM or a Grade B6 in UEC or HSK Level 5 (minimum score of 210) or the equivalent.
