Ask kids of their dream job and most probably, you will get 鈥榙octor鈥� as one of the most popular answers. In a survey conducted by British brand Mothercare in 2013, out of 1,000 children surveyed, from ages 2-12, the number one profession on their list is a doctor. One of the reasons stated by respondents is that they want to be a doctor so 鈥渢hey can help others.鈥� As one of the noblest jobs out there, kids see doctors as their favourite superheroes saving other people鈥檚 lives.

UCSI is building Malaysia鈥檚 first private teaching hospital in Bandar Springhill, Negeri Sembilan鈥攖he UCSI University Hospital. The state-of-the-art medical facility will have 1,000 hospital beds and will be linked to American medicine, and also an opportunity for cross-border global research collaborations in various medical fields.

This consists of two phases鈥搘ith the first phase (first two years) conducted at the Kuala Lumpur campus, and the second (the final three years) at the clinical school at the Terengganu campus.聽 During their stay in Terengganu, the students will have an opportunity to perform medical procedures aimed at facilitating a smooth transition into their medical careers.
